Easy No Churn Ube Ice Cream with Food with Mae

No Churn Ube Ice Cream is a delicious, easy and perfect treat. Purple Yam (Ube) is a popular dessert flavour in the Philippines, from cakes, ice cream, candy, steamed cakes, sweet sauces and many more! Filipinos are obsessed with Ube sometimes written as ‘ooh bae’.


  • 600ml Double Cream
  • 350ml Condensed Milk
  • 2tsp Ube Essence


  1. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl. Beat the mixture using an electric whisk until thicken but not stiff
  2. Scrape the mixture into a container or a loaf tin and cover it. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight
