Visit us at the Philippine Stand AS900 to know more about the destination and meet with representatives from our leading tour operators and properties.

At the stand throughout WTM there will be artisan weavers from the Philippines accompanied by cooking demos and sampling of Philippine brew by Filipino chefs and baristas.

The PH Happy Hour dedicated to you, our media and trade partners, takes place daily from 5PM to 6PM, where you will enjoy live performances and sample our tasty traditional bites, freshly prepared local coffee and special cocktails from Don Papa Rum.

PHILIPPINES SALE MISSION – AN IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE!

23 – 27 September

Across the week the Philippine Department of Tourism & Philippine Tourism Promotions Board spread awareness about the country across London, Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast. All events were immersive and interactive so that attendees could get a true ‘taste’ of the Philippines. All senses were stimulated such as;

Taste/Smell – Filipino cuisine, Filipino rum cocktails, Filipino inspired ice-cream flavours

Sight – Experience the Philippines through VR goggles, watch traditional Filipino performances

Touch – Feel like you’re in the Philippines through the technology of a green-screen photobooth

Hear – traditional Filipino music and Rockeoke, a take on karaoke – a favourite past-time in the Philippines

THE PHILIPPINES BRINGING MORE FUN to THE BIG FEASTIVAL

23 – 25 August 2019

The Philippines is taking part in one of the biggest festivals in the UK – The Big Festival – happening this Bank Holiday weekend 23-25 August 2019.

This much awaited event will be held at Alex James’ Farm near Kingham, Oxfordshire, OX7 6UJ. The location is in the Cotswolds about 4 miles southwest of Chipping Norton accessible by train (Kingham Station), bus or private car.

Visit our stand (no. VG14) at the Village Green and experience the Philippines’ brand of FUN through music, dance, tasty treats and a glimpse the country’s best destinations and experiences!

TASTE OF LONDON

19 – 23 June 2019

Our ongoing participation in the “2019 Taste of London”, the biggest food event in UK with over 50,000 visitors, is a continuing thrust of the PH Department of Tourism & PH Tourism Promotions Board to promote Philippine tourism through our Filipino cuisine.

Regent’s Park transformed into the ultimate foodie paradise from 19 – 23 June 2019 where hungry goodies cam together to indulge in London’s best food, drink and live entertainment.
